About the Role:
As a Partner Development Executive II, you will plan and oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for our financial products and services, catering to designated partners. Your role involves developing strong partner relationships and understanding their business needs, leveraging both Pathward and industry insights to drive growth and retention strategies. You will foster a culture of accountability and responsibility within Partner-specific teams, ensuring alignment with P&L responsibilities, strategy development, and collaborative efforts with product management, operations, IT, legal, compliance, risk, and finance teams.
What You Will Do:
- Build and nurture individual partner relationships while ensuring alignment of goals, strategies, and objectives with Pathward's corporate strategy.
- Develop strategic account plans tailored to each partner, driving revenue and aligning with corporate objectives.
- Advocate for partner business development initiatives within Pathward.
- Identify and promote new product opportunities in collaboration with Solutions Engineering and Revenue Operations.
- Continuously monitor market trends and partner needs, ensuring tailored support and service delivery.
