Join QAD Redzone as a Partner Director, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. In this influential position, you will be tasked with recruiting, enabling, and managing strategic partners to enhance revenue streams and deepen our market presence for our industry-leading connected workforce solution.
This role reports directly to the General Manager for EMEA and can be located in the UK, Germany, or the Netherlands.
We are looking for individuals with substantial experience in developing and managing an EMEA-wide channel business, especially with partners in the manufacturing technology, IIoT, or consulting sectors. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of strategic partnerships, ensuring they are well-equipped and aligned with our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive partner strategy for QAD Redzone in EMEA. Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners, including technology alliances, system integrators, and manufacturing consultants.
Partner Enablement & GTM: Develop and manage collaborative business plans with key partners. Supervise onboarding, training, and certification to ensure partners are adept at selling and delivering QAD Redzone solutions, while aligning with the EMEA GTM objectives and the Director of Sales within our organization.
Revenue Generation: Propel partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue to achieve and surpass sales targets. Maintain a dynamic sales pipeline and provide precise forecasts via CRM (Salesforce).
Co-Marketing: Team up with partners and the QAD marketing team to design and execute joint marketing strategies, demand-generation campaigns, and events aimed at boosting market visibility and generating high-quality leads.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary executive liaison for key partners in the region. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate partner performance, discover opportunities, and ensure alignment.
Administration & Reporting: Document all partner activities, sales pipeline, and forecasts in Salesforce. Ensure all partner agreements and contracts are effectively managed.
