Job Summary:
As a Partner Engagement Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing the operational dynamics of our Professional Services Partner Program and Team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the management of our Professional Services and Expert Services, while also developing process efficiencies for our Partner Program. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services Partnerships, you will establish a consistent rhythm for managing various internal and external Professional Services Partnership activities. You will centralize control and develop processes that cater to a diverse range of internal stakeholders. Your role will encompass streamlining partner onboarding and ensuring impeccable service delivery, while you build the operational foundation that empowers our partners to thrive and expand our capabilities through strategic collaborations.
