Job Overview:
The Partner Experience Representative plays a crucial role in supporting our active process servers, who are either employees or contractors with ABC Legal Services. This role entails addressing inquiries, resolving issues, managing and distributing work, and tackling performance-related concerns. Additionally, the Partner Experience Representative is responsible for monitoring work dispatched to Sheriff Offices. Note: This position is remote but candidates must reside in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from process servers.
- Oversee the distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers.
- Utilize Skye (our in-house application) to ensure orders are dispatched and fulfilled efficiently.
- Monitor process server status to confirm they are in good standing and capable of accepting and completing tasks.
- Obtain order status via phone, fax, and court docket information for cases dispatched to Sheriff Offices.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify inefficiencies in daily operations.
- Resolve issues on the task board in Skye.
Qualifications:
- Strong preference for candidates with customer service or IT experience.
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
- Familiarity with legal processes is an advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
