LOCATION:
The Partner Growth Manager (German) is a remote, work from home position, as are all roles at Acceleration Partners. This structure is essential to our culture and vision of transforming the work/life balance. Candidates must reside in the UK or Germany. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, and conferences. Applicants must possess a valid passport, be able to travel internationally, and speak fluent German.
THE ROLE:
Acceleration Partners is excited to invite applications for a dynamic role within our Strategic Partner Development Department. We are in search of a seasoned Strategic Partnership Development Manager with robust business development and account management expertise to foster growth in this innovative department, particularly within the German affiliate sector. This individual will participate in client calls to pitch high-value opportunities, provide strategic insights, monitor progress towards goals, and proactively manage the top 10 partners for their respective clients. A solution-focused mindset, action-oriented approach, and effective questioning techniques will be crucial for success in this position.
TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Revenue:
- Publisher Performance: Contribute to the overall revenue objectives for the Growth & Partnerships department and enhance managed client growth through cultivating high-potential relationships and optimizing publisher performance, including paid placements, commission adjustments, and product reviews.
- Performance and Placement Trackers: Regularly update departmental relationship trackers with details on facilitated partnerships and maintain client-approved placement trackers.
- Subject Matter Expert in Client Verticals and Partner Relationships: Serve as a trusted and knowledgeable resource; possess expertise in the verticals of managed clients; actively lead discussions to share knowledge and insights across the organization.
Business Development and Publisher Relationships:
- Proactive Research: Identify new, high-quality partnerships and areas of opportunity based on client needs, industry developments, and insights from SimilarWeb.
- Written and Verbal Communication: Demonstrate comfort with cold emailing; communications should be clear, informative, and engaging, with relevant questions to drive discussions forward.
