We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented Partner Manager to spearhead the expansion of our partner ecosystem within the APJ region. This pivotal role involves cultivating strategic partnerships, spearheading collaborative go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth via channel partners and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement the APJ partner strategy in alignment with global objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture high-impact partners, including resellers, system integrators, and OEMs.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and executives from partner organizations.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans.
- Explore co-selling opportunities and drive pipeline creation.
- Equip partners through training, certifications, and sales enablement tools.
- Own and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
- Monitor pipeline progress, forecasts, and partner performance metrics.
- Lead deal registration processes and channel engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support.
- Assist in regional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives targeted at partners.
- Provide field feedback to refine product offerings and strategy.
- Deliver comprehensive onboarding programs and continuous training for partners.
- Ensure partners are well-equipped to effectively position and sell MinIO solutions.
- Support technical enablement in partnership with solutions engineering teams.
