Partner Marketing Manager for Technology Partnerships
About the Role
As the Partner Marketing Manager for Technology Partnerships, you will be the mastermind behind demand generation for Okta's most critical ISV collaborations. Your role transcends traditional marketing; you will serve as a business leader, shaping strategies that position Okta and our esteemed technology partners for mutual success in the marketplace.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing, you will enjoy significant autonomy while leading the comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a portfolio of top-tier technology partners. Your responsibilities encompass bringing innovative integrations to market—particularly AI collaborations with major platform partners—and ensuring these initiatives yield measurable pipeline and revenue growth. You will act as a liaison between product and sales, aligning technical integrations with clear customer value and scalable go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic GTM & Field Activation
- Own the Strategy: Formulate and implement a joint marketing strategy for Okta and key ISV partners like Zscaler, Crowdstrike, Google, and others, aimed at generating new leads, enhancing consumption, and amplifying our market presence.
- GTM Narrative Activation: Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure joint messaging is field-proof. You will translate high-level technical value propositions into practical, high-conversion marketing materials (e.g., co-branded pitch decks, solution briefs, sales plays) that resonate with Okta’s global sales force.
- Integrated Campaign Architecture: Spearhead the design and global execution of intricate multi-partner and multi-channel "Always-On" marketing initiatives to establish cohesive messaging, value propositions, and joint campaign frameworks that seize new market opportunities.
