About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Partner Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our pioneering sales team! The Japan market is pivotal to our success. As an integral part of our early team, you will play a key role in shaping our sales strategies and customer success initiatives, influencing our product roadmap, and driving revenue growth—all while enjoying a vibrant work environment!
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a strategic Partner Sales plan for Japan in collaboration with our global team.
Recruit, empower, and sustain relationships with resale partners as the primary contact.
Collaborate with the direct sales team to meet regional objectives.
Engage with internal teams, including marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success, to optimize partner revenue growth.
Establish sales and marketing goals in partnership with each collaborator and facilitate business reviews.
Track progress and refine strategies and processes for continuous improvement.
Assist partners with co-marketing efforts, such as product materials, webinars, and events.
Cultivate executive-level relationships with partners.
Contribute to the growth of business in Japan through effective partner collaboration.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
A passion for our mission of empowering people to create beautiful tools for their life's work.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in direct and/or partner sales, ideally within a SaaS or IT context.
A robust understanding of the SaaS and IT partner ecosystem in Japan—experience with local partners is highly valued.
