We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Partnership Manager to enhance our trade finance operations in Mumbai. This pivotal role will involve establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with essential players in the trade finance sector, including financial institutions, technology providers, banks, brokers, and industry associations.
Your main responsibilities will include identifying and assessing potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and overseeing the ongoing relationships. Collaboration with internal MODIFI teams will be crucial to ensure the successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
Your Impact:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships within international trade, partnering with banks, trade finance institutions, brokers, platforms, and logistics providers.
- Proactively seek opportunities, managing the entire sales process from identification to closure.
- Establish a robust partnership channel, positioning MODIFI as a leader in Trade Finance for SMEs in India.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strong partnerships while ensuring all partner commitments are tracked and fulfilled.
- Create an effective ecosystem for our customers and partners to foster sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with global sales and business development teams to leverage cross-selling opportunities.
- Demonstrate a results-driven approach, exceeding ambitious targets across financial, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Risk to devise solutions and finalize deals.
- Act as the customer advocate to guide product localization and enhancements.
- Be an integral part of a high-performing team, contributing towards broader company objectives.
