Job Description
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000 USD per year.
As the Partnerships Manager, you will be pivotal in onboarding and supporting clients utilizing the Google Marketing Platform (GMP). You will act as the primary liaison for clients, facilitating successful technology licensing, seamless platform implementation, and timely renewals. Collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you will provide strategic insights and technical assistance to drive favorable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main account manager for a portfolio of GMP clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring optimal platform adoption.
Guide clients through the onboarding process, implementation, and best practices to maximize the capabilities of GMP.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Product, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Educate clients on new features, tools, and strategies to enhance their digital marketing effectiveness.
Oversee account performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address client inquiries.
Assist in renewal and expansion activities by identifying growth opportunities and maintaining ongoing client engagement.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in partnerships, growth, or a related role.
Proficient understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
