Qualifications
Your Profile:• Education: Completed vocational training as a master mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician (mechanics and/or electronics), automotive service technician, or an equivalent qualification.• Experience: At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in workshops dealing with cars and/or LGV/HGV.• Languages: Proficient in Italian (oral and written, C1 level minimum) and English (oral and written, B2 level minimum). Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.• A collaborative team player dedicated to customer service and solution-oriented.• Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.• Basic IT knowledge is advantageous.• Prior customer-facing experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt responses to all inquiries, including calls and emails, for first-level technical support.
• Conduct thorough analysis of technical issues (root cause analysis) related to passenger cars, light goods vehicles (LGV), and heavy goods vehicles (HGV) across various brands, delivering technical assistance through multiple communication channels.
• Adhere to established work instructions and escalation procedures for all incident types.
• Document and track all incidents within our internal incident management system.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other Bosch sites involved in the support processes.
• Contribute to the FAQ and knowledge database.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients to ensure efficient information flow.
• Flexibility to work in-office and/or remotely based on business requirements.
This position is offered on a one-year contract basis, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
