Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Pastry Chef in the planning and production of a diverse array of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Ensure consistent quality and artistic presentation of all pastry creations.
- Supervise and mentor junior pastry staff, offering guidance and training to enhance their skills.
- Manage inventory and order pastry ingredients and supplies as necessary.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the pastry kitchen.
