Daily Responsibilities:

- Manage appointment scheduling for new referrals via fax and phone.
- Verify insurance eligibility for patients.
- Process patient payments efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Position Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) plays a vital role in supporting the clinic's growth through the execution of practice management and patient intake processes. Collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) will be key in ensuring efficient clinic operations. This position aligns with the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
