- Welcoming all visitors to the clinic with a warm smile.
- Scheduling new patient referrals from physicians and patients via fax and phone.
- Verifying patients' insurance coverage.
- Processing patient payments.
- Maintaining an organized and efficient front office environment.
- Performing additional tasks as needed.
