Daily Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments for new referrals via fax or telephone.
- Verify patient insurance coverage.
- Process patient payments efficiently.
- Keep the front office organized and tidy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) is instrumental in supporting clinic growth by executing effective practice management and patient intake processes. You will collaborate closely with the Clinic Director (CD) to optimize clinic procedures and uphold the mission and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely collection of payments at the point of service.
- Convert referrals into patient evaluations.
- Efficiently schedule patient visits.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Foster a welcoming clinic environment.
- Conduct welcome calls to monitor and improve patient arrival rates.
