Daily Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet all patients and visitors upon their arrival.
- Efficiently schedule new patient referrals received via fax or phone calls from patients and medical offices.
- Confirm insurance coverage for patients to ensure seamless service.
- Process patient payments accurately.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Position Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) enhances clinic operations through effective management of patient intake processes. Collaborating closely with the Clinic Director (CD), this role contributes to the clinic's growth while upholding the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect payments due at the time of service.
- Transform referrals into scheduled evaluations.
- Manage patient visit scheduling efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere within the clinic.
- Conduct welcome calls to ensure a positive patient experience and monitor arrival rates.
