Position Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) contributes to the clinic’s growth by excelling in practice management and patient intake processes. This role involves collaborating with the Clinic Director (CD) to implement efficient clinic procedures while supporting the mission and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
