Role Overview: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our clinic while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Efficiently manage scheduling of new patient referrals received via fax or phone from both patients and physician offices.
- Confirm insurance coverage for patients.
- Facilitate patient payments during their visits.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front office environment.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
