Position: Payroll Analyst

Rate: $13/hr to $18.33/hr on W2
Job Overview:
The Payroll Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll services for our esteemed client. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage payroll data with precision.
- Administer work schedules and validate time data from client systems.
- Execute transactional activities and maintain operational excellence.
- Achieve and sustain high customer satisfaction ratings by processing transactions accurately and adhering to service level agreements.
- Identify customer requests and problems, following established incident notification and escalation procedures.
- Recognize risks associated with task execution, escalating and mitigating issues as necessary.
- Understand and comply with internal controls, regulations, and security requirements, supporting internal audit and quality assurance requests.
- Communicate effectively with all payroll vendors and the in-house payroll provider regarding payroll-related inquiries.
- Oversee the payroll calendar and ensure timely execution of payroll activities, including data transfer to Payroll Finance, additional payroll runs, manual deductions, payroll adjustments, and managing cut-off dates.
- May assist with tax filing responsibilities.
