Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees.Maintain and update payroll records including salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.Guarantee compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable regulations.Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, incentives, and variable pay components.Coordinate with HR and finance teams for payroll inputs, reconciliations, and reporting.Address payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.Prepare and maintain payroll reports, dashboards, and audit documentation.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.Assist with payroll audits and ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.Manage payroll systems and suggest process enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.Uphold confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times.Candidate Profile:A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management or a related role.Strong insight into payroll processes, statutory compliance, and labor laws.Proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel for effective data management and reporting.Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage timelines and deadlines efficiently.A proactive mindset focusing on accuracy and continuous improvement.
