We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our headquarters in Ampelokipoi, Athens.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and calculate monthly payroll.
- Process payroll data, including overtime, bonuses, and other calculations.
- Monitor and manage employee onboarding, departures, leave, absences, illnesses, and other personnel changes.
- Submit weekly staff schedules and any necessary modifications.
- Oversee operations related to the implementation of the digital employee card.
- Manage and calculate employee benefits on a monthly basis.
- Excellent knowledge and management of the ERGANI system.
- Communicate and liaise with governmental bodies (SEPE, EFKA, OAED).
- Organize payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with labor payroll regulations.
- Provide prompt and positive responses to employee payroll inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Economics or relevant field.
- At least three years of experience in payroll calculation.
- Preferred experience in a similar role within the retail sector.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and payroll management.
