About the job
Cranial Technologies stands as the world's sole organization wholly committed to the research and treatment of plagiocephaly, commonly referred to as flat head syndrome. Having successfully treated over 300,000 infants, we are recognized as the leading experts in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses.
We also offer the innovative EarWell® treatment, designed to correct infant ear shapes without the need for surgical intervention. With more than 600,000 successful cases, EarWell® has proven to be a valuable, non-invasive option for families.
We are searching for a dedicated full-time Orthotist to join our growing team in Pearland, TX.
This is a unique opportunity to break away from traditional orthotic practices and work in a specialized, pediatric outpatient setting, exclusively serving infants and their families.
As an Orthotist, you will be responsible for reshaping infants' head shapes using the DOC Band® and correcting ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents regard our Orthotists as the foremost experts in evaluating and treating plagiocephaly and associated ear conditions. Our practitioners build strong relationships with families throughout their treatment journey.
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, as each experience brings valuable insights to our practice.
- Physical and Occupational Therapists are ideal candidates due to their knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and child development.
- Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists and Certified Orthotists are also strongly encouraged to apply, leveraging their hands-on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.
While a background in pediatrics is preferred, it is not mandatory, as we provide a comprehensive training program that includes mentorship.
What We Offer:
- Visible and measurable results in just two to three weeks.
- A traditional workweek schedule with no night shifts and minimal to no weekend commitments.
- We prioritize our employees' well-being and invest in their professional training and mentorship.
- Engaging direct patient care with limited administrative tasks.
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
