As a Pension Plan Consultant, you will be a critical resource for ERISA compliance, plan design, and governmental reporting. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employers, financial professionals, and plan sponsors regarding their accounts. Your expertise will encompass retirement plan testing, Form 5500 filings, loans, distributions, and plan design, enabling you to assist with plan operations and document updates efficiently.
