About the RoleWe are excited to announce a position within our Pensions Support Team in Client Services. In this role, the successful candidate will:Gain a comprehensive understanding of Davy's pension product offerings, including Master Trusts, Executive Pension Portfolios (EPPs), Personal Retirement Bonds (PRBs), Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSAs), and Approved Retirement Funds (ARFs).Handle general pension administration tasks such as account setup, processing benefits, data entry, premium allocation, and conducting peer reviews.Ensure adherence to the relevant pensions regulations and legislation governing each of the pension product offerings.Assist with the transition of the Davy EPP portfolio to alternative Davy arrangements in accordance with EU Directive IORPs II.Follow the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures associated with the role.About YouWe seek a candidate with the following skills and background:Exceptional customer service skills.A collaborative team player.Strong communication abilities.Proficient in prioritizing tasks effectively.Meticulous attention to detail.
