As a vital member of our People Team, the People & Office Operations Coordinator is instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization. This role, based in Vancouver, is dedicated to fostering an employee experience that is integrated, engaging, and reflective of our company's values. Your contributions will be key in achieving this vision.
You will collaborate closely with the Sr. People Business Partner and the VP of People to manage the daily functions that enhance our team's effectiveness—from onboarding new Kluebees to organizing impactful events and maintaining essential data accuracy. This position offers the opportunity for hands-on involvement in initiatives that define our culture and improve employee engagement.
We are seeking an organized, inquisitive individual who is passionate about learning how exceptional People teams operate. You will balance execution with personal growth, stepping in where assistance is required while establishing a strong foundation in HR practices, operations, and employee experience.

Your Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for all employees. This includes overseeing HRIS setup, necessary documentation, scheduling, and collaboration with Managers, Payroll, and IT. You will also prepare standard People documents and act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating as necessary.
Office and Employee Experience Management: Oversee daily office and basic IT operations to maintain an organized, inviting, and efficient workplace. Responsibilities include managing supplies, addressing space needs, coordinating company and team events, supporting internal communications, and ensuring proper laptop setup and asset tracking.
People Operations & Administrative Support: Ensure that People systems are accurate and functioning efficiently. Maintain employee records in the HRIS, draft documents for review, generate reports, support process improvements, and assist with Talent Acquisition efforts.
