About the Role
We are excited to welcome our first People & Workplace Operations Coordinator—an energetic individual who thrives on creating seamless operations. This role encompasses both HR and Workplace Operations, providing you with the opportunity to influence everything from onboarding processes and employee benefits to office management and vendor relations. Although it may seem modest on paper, your efforts will be the reason our team enjoys coming to work at Twelve Labs.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. On the people side, this includes overseeing the complete employee and contractor lifecycle, from offer acceptance through onboarding, I-9 compliance, maintaining HRIS data integrity via BambooHR and Sequoia, benefits administration, and ensuring our HR documentation remains consistent and compliant as we scale. In terms of workplace operations, you will be the main point of contact for our San Francisco office: vendors will reach out to you first, supplies will always be stocked thanks to your efforts, and every new hire will be greeted with an organized setup on their first day. Additionally, you will provide operational support to our New York and UK offices, ensuring they are aligned with our global initiatives as we expand.
This position is ideal for someone who brings organization, calm, and enthusiasm to every task they undertake. You will be equally adept at managing DocuSign contracts as you are at coordinating office supplies and fostering a welcoming environment.
