We are on the lookout for a dynamic People Business Partner (PBP) to enhance our Account Servicing Department (ASD) and Support teams, including Strategy & Finance and Legal. This pivotal role will assist leaders in fortifying their teams, fostering employee development, and guaranteeing the consistent and effective implementation of our people programs across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in HR practices, strong judgment, and a collaborative spirit. You thrive on problem-solving, relationship-building, and supporting leaders in creating an environment where employees can excel. Proficient in working with teams that have defined KPIs and performance expectations, you will aid managers in sustaining consistency and accountability. You will work closely with the Sr. Director of People & Culture and the broader People & Culture team to provide high-quality support, programs, and processes that will propel Forward's growth and evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and drive People strategies in collaboration with the Sr. Director of People & Culture and senior leadership, ensuring that programs align with business goals and foster a high-performance culture within the ASD, Strategy & Finance, and Legal departments.
Manage the execution of retention strategies for the ASD and G&A departments, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Lead performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning, to enhance employee performance and career advancement.
Consult and support the Sr. Director of People & Culture in designing and implementing organizational structures and processes that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure optimal staffing to meet business objectives.
Guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the transitions.
