As our People Culture & Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, managing our office environment, and overseeing essential HR processes, thereby creating an atmosphere where our team can consistently deliver their best work.
Note: This position is part-time (30 hours/week).
Employee Experience & Culture: You will serve as the central point of contact for our employees and actively enhance our corporate culture with measurable impacts on our employee net promoter score (eNPS).
Office & Feelgood Management: You will be responsible for creating a state-of-the-art office experience—from space organization to procurement and initiatives that support our hybrid culture.
Event Management: You will independently plan and organize company events from start to finish, ensuring an outstanding cultural experience for all participants.
HR Administration & Infrastructure: You will ensure seamless provision of office supplies, develop our processes around equipment, tools, and employee benefits, and manage contract administration as well as the maintenance of our digital employee records.
On- & Offboarding: You will create a structured and appreciative onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a consistently positive employee experience.
Recruiting Support: When needed, you will assist in talent acquisition, such as participating in interviews and managing student and internship positions independently.
