Job Summary
Valiantys is on the lookout for a dedicated People Experience Manager to bolster our North America team during a transformative phase focused on operational excellence. This role is intended for an accomplished People professional who is results-driven, grounded, and thrives on taking ownership within a complex, delivery-oriented environment.
This opportunity is perfect for a candidate who possesses sound judgment, robust operational expertise, and a track record of independently supporting leadership, while aspiring to evolve as a strategic partner in people management. Success in this role necessitates a balance of hands-on execution with clear prioritization, meticulous documentation, and boundary-setting in a lean team structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture leadership to assist North American leaders across Sales, Delivery, and corporate teams.
- Facilitate performance management and compensation cycles through preparation, coordination, data validation, and execution, in close partnership with Finance and senior P&C leaders.
- Handle employee relations issues, escalating complex or high-risk matters as necessary, ensuring adherence to policy and fundamental employment principles.
- Oversee and maintain career frameworks and progression guidance, ensuring that materials are accurate, well-documented, accessible, and practical for leaders and employees alike.
- Integrate career frameworks into performance and development discussions.
- Ensure consistency and transparency in people processes, documentation, and operational practices; minimize reliance on informal knowledge.
- Work alongside People Operations to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure adherence to processes.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration, balancing responsiveness with clear prioritization and boundary management.
