Job Summary
The People Operations Analytics Intern will play a pivotal role in assisting the People Operations team by gathering, analyzing, and visualizing employee data to guide workforce strategies and enhance people-related processes. This internship presents an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience with actual People Operations data, dashboards, and reporting tools, including Power BI. The intern will work closely with People Operations and business leaders to convert data into actionable insights that bolster organizational efficiency.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of HR dashboards and reports.
- Analyze employee metrics concerning headcount, turnover, hiring, engagement, performance, and compliance.
- Assist with data extraction, cleansing, and validation from HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll, etc.).
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify reporting requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.
