As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be part of our newly formed global People Operations team, facilitating employee support throughout their entire lifecycle. This encompasses onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, maintaining personnel records, processing employment changes in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and addressing ad hoc inquiries related to personnel matters. You will collaborate with our Cision offices worldwide and coordinate with the global People Operations team to enhance and streamline processes. Your attention to detail, relationship-building skills with stakeholders, and comfort with systems and data will be crucial. You are a team player who believes in the strength of collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process employee data and documentation related to onboarding, offboarding, payroll, contract extensions, and benefits.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, contract extensions and modifications, right-to-work checks, and leave management.
- Organize, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of personnel records within the HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems. Act as a superuser for these platforms.
- Deliver exceptional support to Cision employees by managing a People team inbox and addressing employee inquiries promptly.
- Oversee the distribution of employee communications pertaining to policies, leave, global mobility, and payroll.
- Co-create and regularly update our People Operations resources to enhance employee experience.
