As part of our People & Culture team, you will be the key point of contact for all People Operations topics in Europe, focusing on providing exceptional support throughout the employee lifecycle. Your mission includes not only maintaining operational excellence but also acting as a culture ambassador to ensure that all GotPhotographers feel valued and welcomed, both in the office and remotely.
What You Will Do
- Support People Operations across Europe with particular emphasis on Germany.
- Lead team events and engagement activities, embodying the spirit of GotPhoto.
- Ensure the Berlin office is an inviting environment equipped with everything our team needs.
- Oversee the aesthetic and functionality of the office space, collaborating with external vendors.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration in partnership with our payroll provider.
