About the Team
Our People Operations team is dedicated to attracting, retaining, and optimizing top talent within Sentry. We are committed to fostering a culture that promotes growth while avoiding cumbersome corporate processes. We seek a People Operations Generalist and Business Partner to enhance our Vienna team, reporting directly to our U.S.-based Head of HR. This is a 13-month fixed-term contract.

The position demands a high degree of autonomy, empathy, and cultural awareness, particularly in navigating the Austrian and European employment landscape while aligning with our U.S.-based operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily People Operations duties in the Vienna office throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, immigration, and HRIS management. You will also extend support to our Amsterdam office and other potential EMEA locations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace to ensure seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.
Work alongside global People and Legal teams to navigate cross-border employment processes while ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Leverage HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
