About the job
Join Rockstar, a transformative healthcare organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of autistic and neurodivergent adults. We aim to bridge a significant gap in care by providing specialized mental health services that are covered by insurance. Our impactful approach has enabled tens of thousands of individuals to obtain diagnoses, access supportive therapy, and find a community that affirms their identity. With rapid growth and a dedicated team of over 400 clinicians, we are pioneering a first-of-its-kind service focused on this systematically overlooked population.
Our Mission
At Rockstar, our mission is clear: to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults. Despite the increase in autism diagnoses over the past 25 years, many autistic adults remain neglected, facing dire outcomes including high rates of co-occurring mental health issues and reduced life expectancy. We are determined to change this narrative.
We specialize in delivering mental health services tailored for autistic adults, covered by insurance, and have successfully helped tens of thousands of individuals receive their first autism diagnosis, work with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and build a sense of belonging within their communities. Our outcomes significantly surpass traditional care, demonstrating remarkable improvements in mood, anxiety, and overall quality of life.
As a rapidly expanding organization, growing threefold year over year with mid-double-digit millions in run-rate revenue and thousands of active clients, we are a mission-driven team committed to creating something unprecedented for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager-level People Operations Lead who can take charge of day-to-day operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, accommodations, and terminations. Beyond immediate execution, we are looking for someone with the potential to evolve into a strategic advisor who can shape our compensation strategy, innovate people systems, and scale the HR function as we grow.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates high ownership and sound judgment, capable of managing investigations and coordinating with the PEO as needed.
