Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Launch and Workforce PlanningCollaborate with West Coast leadership to translate launch strategies into comprehensive headcount plans, hiring timelines, onboarding schedules, and training calendars.Develop and manage the 'LA People Launch Plan,' including readiness checklists, start-date sequencing, and day-one operational coverage.Recruiting and Hiring (in collaboration with Talent Acquisition)Lead local recruiting initiatives, including interview scheduling, candidate experience management, onsite interview days, offer process support, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.Establish talent pipelines for both clinical and non-clinical roles such as front desk/member services, medical assistants, nurses, phlebotomy, operations, and pharmacy support as applicable.Coordinate with hiring managers on structured interviews, scorecards, and selection debriefs to ensure consistent decision-making.Onboarding, Training, and Employee ExperienceOversee onboarding logistics for all LA hires, including pre-boarding, I-9/E-Verify workflows, orientation agendas, badge/access readiness, HRIS setup, and benefits enrollment support.Coordinate training sessions with clinical and operations leaders to ensure completion of required training and documented competency sign-offs.Implement regular employee communications for the site, including new hire information, policy updates, leadership communications, and employee recognition.Employee Relations and Performance SupportServe as the first-point HR partner for LA employees and managers, providing coaching on performance discussions, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
