Role Overview:
As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our People Operations team. Your focus will be on operational excellence, ensuring a remarkable employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. Balancing meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of empathy, you will manage essential programs related to compliance, compensation, and engaging events that embody our vibrant culture.
This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual who excels in detail-oriented tasks while fostering meaningful connections with employees. You will contribute to building scalable, efficient, and people-centered systems.
This position is based in our San Francisco office and follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence at least three days a week for collaboration and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes that reflect our core values and culture.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Hiring Managers to ensure all logistical aspects of onboarding/offboarding, including equipment, system access, and communication, are executed flawlessly.
Compliance & Data Accuracy
Ensure accurate employee data management in HR systems, adhering to company policies and employment regulations.
Support audits, reporting, and documentation pertaining to employment, immigration, and compensation compliance.
Compensation & Rewards Administration
Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews and benchmarking.
Work alongside People Leadership and Finance to ensure alignment with Radford leveling and market data.
Event Planning & Engagement
Organize, coordinate, and execute both company-wide and team-specific events, whether virtual or in-person, to foster connection and enhance our culture.
