Enhance feedback quality within the technical organization, guiding managers through performance evaluations and cultivating a culture of continuous development.
Create customized talent solutions for software engineers, including professional development opportunities, mentorship frameworks, and high-potential development strategies.
Work alongside the People Operations team to implement people initiatives and refine processes.
Organize offsites, leadership retreats, and team-building workshops to connect strategic objectives with meaningful team interactions.
Monitor organizational morale and office dynamics, proactively addressing engagement trends and promoting an inclusive, energetic environment.
Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in supporting engineering or highly technical teams.
In-depth knowledge of the software engineering lifecycle and the dynamics of high-performance, intellectually demanding environments.
Demonstrated capability to coach analytical leaders through complex interpersonal and organizational challenges.
Strong business acumen with the ability to foresee talent implications of technical strategies.
Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
