People Team at Marshmallow
As a People Partner, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders as strategic advisors, leveraging data, sound judgment, and deep expertise in employee relations and labor law to guide decisions about organizational structure, performance, change management, and company culture.
This role is situated within our Operations team in Budapest, working alongside senior leaders in Customer Operations and supporting local teams such as Claims and Engineering with Hungarian employee relations matters. The Operations sector is fast-paced and complex, with approximately 200 members across Hungary and the UK. Your contributions will help leaders navigate growth, restructuring, and ongoing improvements in an environment where expectations are high, discussions are encouraged, and decisions significantly impact customer experiences.
