Role Overview:
The People Partner for Technology will collaborate closely with leaders in our Engineering, Product, and Data teams to effectively navigate the challenges of our fast-paced, technology-oriented environment. You will engage with teams dedicated to developing our unified platform and the Connect 360 product, supporting our mission to simplify and enhance the pharmacy benefits experience.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing impactful talent initiatives that enhance performance within our technology teams. This hands-on role will involve partnering with the Chief Technology Officer on key HR initiatives, organizational design, and strategies that align with our mission of providing transparency in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders across various functions, providing guidance and support.
