Key Responsibilities:Assist in the collection, cleansing, and maintenance of HR-related data, including headcount, attrition, performance, and engagement metrics.Support the creation of HR dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.Monitor and track key performance indicators related to employee performance and organizational effectiveness.Produce and maintain regular HR reports (monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc).Transform HR data into actionable insights and visual representations to facilitate informed decision-making.Help document HR processes and metrics to ensure clarity and consistency.Assist in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within HR systems (HRIS).Work collaboratively with the HR team on performance management, engagement surveys, culture initiatives, and talent development programs.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).Familiarity with data visualization or dashboard tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.Eagerness to learn and engage with HR systems (HRIS).Comfortable analyzing data, generating reports, and creating dashboards.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear and comprehensible manner.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Genuine interest in HR analytics, employee performance, and organizational culture.
