Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Bremerton, WA

Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the admission process for patients undergoing Methadone and Buprenorphine Treatment.
- Conduct thorough history and physical examinations.
- Document patient information in the EMR, including orders for methadone dosing or buprenorphine prescriptions.
- Oversee and authorize the dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy and medications in the absence of the Medical Director.
- Collaborate with the Program Physician/Medical Director, Treatment Center Director, Counselors, and Dosing Nurses to monitor patient dosages consistently.
