The CIH Inventory & Leads Program acts as the driving force behind capturing and converting high-intent consumer traffic into tangible real estate transactions. Through strategic collaborations with Redfin.com and Rocket Mortgage, this program offers a diverse lead pipeline to agents, incorporating high-volume web inquiries and “finance-first” pre-qualified buyers.
As a Performance Advisor, your role will be pivotal in enhancing agent conversion performance by utilizing data, providing coaching, and establishing accountability to transform demand into completed transactions. You will collaborate closely with participating agents and field leadership to bolster how agents engage with, nurture, and convert inbound leads. This is a performance-focused role positioned at the nexus of agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth, ensuring agents consistently adhere to best practices and program expectations.
Primary Objective
To elevate conversion rates and revenue outcomes by refining agent behaviors, enhancing tool adoption, and executing strategies throughout the consumer lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
1. Agent Performance Coaching & Accountability
- Collaborate directly with agents to bolster performance across the entire conversion funnel.
- Deliver actionable coaching based on actual performance data.
- Reinforce consistent implementation of performance frameworks.
- Ensure agents are held accountable to program standards and expectations through lead allocation strategies and a disengagement framework.
2. Performance Management & Optimization
- Oversee agent performance across critical metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and develop targeted improvement strategies.
- Monitor progress and adjust coaching methodologies based on results.
- Work with Sales Managers to address ongoing underperformance issues.
3. Product & Workflow Adoption
- Promote the adoption of Compass tools and those of our partners that significantly impact conversion rates.
- Ensure agents utilize tools effectively to provide a premium client experience.
- Link product usage to performance outcomes.
4. Market-Level Insights & Diagnostics
- Gather insights and analyze market data to inform strategies and decision-making.
