This role is pivotal in enhancing our creative processes to be smarter, faster, and more effective.
Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with:
- Creative Strategists crafting briefs
- Creator Coordinators managing creator relationships
- Creative Directors overseeing the creative process
- Editors producing various assets
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and optimize ad performance post-launch.
Key tasks include:
- Evaluating live ad performance on platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Assessing creative effectiveness by asset, hook, format, and messaging
- Detecting successful and unsuccessful creative trends
- Recognizing when data is actionable versus premature
Insight Generation
- Analyzing the reasons behind ad success or failure
- Identifying creative trends across multiple accounts
- Distinguishing valuable insights from irrelevant data
- Clearly documenting findings in Notion
Feedback and Collaboration
- Providing actionable insights to Creative Strategists
- Suggesting specific creative modifications for future iterations
- Helping prioritize which concepts to scale or discontinue
- Connecting performance metrics with creative execution
Engage closely with Creative Strategists, Creative Directors, and Media Buyers to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Performance Metrics for Success
In the first 60–90 days:
- Creative Strategists will depend on your insights for guiding iterations
- Creative decisions will be informed by data rather than intuition
- Iteration cycles will become swifter and more focused
- Reduced waste in creative assets and increased replicable successes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TikTok Ads
- Background in working with DTC or CPG brands
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative analysis
- Proven experience working collaboratively with creative teams
- Experience documenting insights, frameworks, or playbooks

- Media buying responsibilities
- Reporting or dashboard management tasks
