The Role Overview
In the position of Performance Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in optimizing our paid advertising strategy across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting networks. Your primary focus will be on generating high-quality leads, executing A/B tests, reallocating budgets to maximize performance, and keeping abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing.
Your mission: Drive high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Infiterra’s sales pipeline while maximizing return on investment (ROI) and overall impact on our pipeline.
How You’ll Collaborate
You will design, implement, and continuously refine paid advertising campaigns that resonate with our target buyer personas and align with our go-to-market strategies. From testing creative variations to monitoring campaign performance and reporting on the impact on our sales funnel, you will be deeply involved in every aspect of the process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including strategy, operations, and sales to ensure seamless integration and visibility of campaign performance at every stage.
