Qualifications
Your RoleWe are seeking an experienced Growth Account Manager with a strong background in direct-response acquisition to enhance Miro’s paid acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for driving performance across one or more primary channels (paid search, Meta, YouTube), ensuring measurable revenue growth within ROAS and payback limitations. While paid search experience is highly desirable due to its rigor and measurability, demonstrated success in other performance channels will also be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and expand paid acquisition campaigns on a global scale, including paid search, Meta, and YouTube.Achieve revenue growth targets while managing a budget of $X million within ROAS/payback constraints.Develop hypotheses, design and execute experiments, gather data, apply insights, and rigorously test audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to maximize channel efficiency.Identify opportunities by analyzing extensive data sets and implement tailored strategies to meet our objectives, ensuring performance marketing data is organized, clear, and communicated effectively to key stakeholders.Discover and scale new high-performing channels or formats.Qualifications5+ years of experience in direct-response performance marketing, concentrating on converting investments into tangible growth.Demonstrated success in managing substantial budgets for measurable acquisition.Experience in paid search is strongly preferred.Comprehensive understanding of attribution and incrementality, with CRO applied to validate causal impact.Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
