We are looking for a candidate who blends analytical expertise with creative flair, adept at managing the entire performance marketing funnel to achieve significant growth in leads, sales, and ROI.
You will be responsible for overseeing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring that every dollar spent maximizes impact and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Design and manage campaigns focused on performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns tailored for lead generation, sales increases, or brand awareness.
- Develop, test, and optimize ad creatives, target audiences, and messaging for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Optimization & Growth:
- Track and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis to uncover areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Refine bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to enhance ROI and efficiency.
- Stay informed about platform developments and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze essential campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, platform dashboards) to assess campaign performance.
- Compile and present performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance the overall paid media strategy.
Collaboration & Strategy Alignment:
- Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to align paid campaigns with overarching business goals.
- Contribute to comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate paid, organic, and content channels.
- Support the creative process by providing data-informed feedback on ad messaging and visuals.
