ennovationHUB is an ambitious and rapidly expanding international e-commerce organization specializing in the home and living sector, particularly in furniture. With operational hubs in both Belgrade and London, we cater to a diverse clientele spanning the UK, North America, EU, and APAC regions.
As we aim to reach an impressive €100m+ in annual revenue by 2026, we are seeking two driven Performance Marketing Specialists (Google Ads) to take charge of paid search strategies for our key brands, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. (Note: This is a singular role, advertised across various locations to attract a wider pool of applicants.)
This position is not intended for junior candidates and is not a traditional campaign management role. You will be accountable for performance, which entails owning results, making strategic decisions, and enhancing outcomes rather than merely executing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and will be expected to operate with a significant degree of autonomy.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize Google Ads performance across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, managing a substantial ad budget of up to ~$400,000/month once fully integrated.
Consistently analyze performance metrics and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Experiment and refine campaign structures, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
Quickly identify effective tactics and address underperforming areas.
Leverage AI and automation tools to boost efficiency and performance.
Prioritize execution over reporting and presentations.
Important Context:
This is a performance-driven role, distinct from agency-style positions. We are not seeking individuals who:
Manage accounts passively.
Follow playbooks without critical thought.
Focus more on reporting than on achieving results.

To excel in this role, you will need a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, including insight into competitors, their offerings, pricing structures, positioning, and how they operate within Google Ads. This role transcends just being platform-centric.
