About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead the creation, execution, and enhancement of paid marketing initiatives across diverse digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines analytical prowess with creative flair, adept at managing the entire performance marketing funnel to achieve tangible growth in leads, sales, and return on investment (ROI).
Your role will encompass overseeing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and various other platforms, ensuring that every dollar spent yields optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Conceive and oversee performance-centric campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and additional paid platforms.
- Strategize, implement, and refine campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, or brand visibility.
- Develop, test, and perfect ad creatives, target audiences, and messaging for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging.
Optimization & Growth:
- Conduct daily monitoring of campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Execute A/B testing on creatives, target audiences, and landing pages.
- Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to enhance ROI and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on platform updates and best practices to retain a competitive edge.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, platform dashboards) to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports featuring actionable insights and recommendations.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine the overall paid media strategy.
Collaboration & Strategic Alignment:
- Work in close partnership with marketing and sales teams to align paid campaigns with overarching business goals.
- Contribute to comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate paid, organic, and content channels.
- Enhance the creative process by providing data-supported feedback on ad messaging and visuals.
