Your Role
Are you a marketing-savvy WordPress web designer with a knack for converting traffic into leads? DAS Technology is on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Web Manager to take charge of our online presence. Your responsibilities will include designing high-impact pages in WordPress, crafting persuasive messaging, and transforming our website into a lead-generation powerhouse. This role blends design, copywriting, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics—essential to empowering our sales team in closing more deals. Key Responsibilities
- Product Acumen: Gain an in-depth understanding of DAS Technology's offerings and their value to our clients.
- WordPress Strategy: Lead our marketing website's design, strategy, conversion optimization, and analytics efforts.
- Page Creation: Manage the development of modern, high-converting pages on our WordPress and Thrive platforms to generate qualified leads for demos.
- Copywriting Expertise: Craft compelling content that addresses the pain points, objections, and psychology of our target customers.
- Visual Direction: Collaborate with designers to create impactful visuals that enhance our messaging and guide visitors through the sales funnel.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure website efficiency with fast load times and minimal reliance on plugins.
- Website Analytics: Implement A/B testing, track conversions, and analyze performance metrics.
- A/B Testing: Oversee testing processes to identify the highest-performing pages, headlines, and critical elements. Familiarity with heatmaps and site recordings is essential.
- Analytics Reporting: Act as the lead for reporting on lead conversion metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
