Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee environmental permitting and compliance for utility projects of varying scales.Coordinate project development tasks, including deliverables from external consultants, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely completion.Support project teams in the preparation of license and permit application materials and compliance activities.Prepare and review sections of licensing and implementation documents under CMP leadership guidance.Assist in drafting responses to regulatory agencies and public inquiries.Manage data and documents essential for stakeholder communication and project management.Collaborate with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies throughout the permitting process.Review environmental reports, correspondence, and permit applications.Examine stream, wetland, and vernal pool surveys and delineations in accordance with U.S. Army Corps guidance.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of project siting and regulatory compliance, especially within the utility sector.Experience managing projects and client relationships.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
